I got a leak in my kitchen faucet and due to my circumstance I needed it fixed right away. So I looked on Yelped and called these guys. David advised me Mario would come take a look and give me a quote within 45min. Didn’t take long before Mario showed up (with a mask), checked the problem and gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote and within an hour he was done and problem gone. Mario was good at explaining to me what needed to be done and afterward was very thorough in making sure the leak was indeed fixed. He was also kind enough to check the other valves and tubes under the sink to make sure that was the only problem. While he was doing that, he helped me reroute a unrelated tube to give it better flow. Very thoughtful! Anyways, great people to work with!

Our home was built in 1957 and has the original plumbing. Our property is surrounded by trees and plants. Our plumbing is a mess! We were referred to Jason and David at Preferred Plumbing by a friend. Boy are we glad that we did! They were extremely fast with their initial contact and setting up the estimate for the next day. They came promptly when they had said they would and listened patiently as we explained allll the things wrong with our plumbing. They were helpful in breaking down what could be done to alleviate some major issues and then how we could eventually take on a much bigger more complete overhaul of the plumbing. Our home has never had a main drain clean out for the plumbing (yikes!!) so these amazing guys dig through concrete and about 3 feet of super hard packed dirt to get us a mainline clean out. Mario, the technician who did the majority of that incredibly difficult work himself, was such a hard worker. We will have to do some more work when we are financially able to do so so we decided not to repave over where they dug up the concrete (which they had offered to do as part of the initial estimate). Instead, they filled in the giant home with dirt, packed it tight, laid the slabs of concrete back in place, swept up and took away all debris, and basically left it better than they found it. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and never pressured us to do more than what we were prepared to do. Oh, and our toilets are flushing and our shower is draining like we’ve never seen them do before!! It is never pleasant to deal with plumbing for any reason, but the guys at Preferred Plumbing sure made this as painless as possible. Highly recommend this company!!

My main sewer line was backed up and overflowing onto my front yard each time I used the water in the house. I was working with the city to confirm the coverage for the repairs required to rectify the issue and, needed the line cleared out so the city could run their camera to confirm where the blockage was located and what was causing it. Time was of the essence and would make the difference of days and possibly a week or more of getting the city to come back out to my property the same day and get the ball rolling for scheduling of the repairs. I called Preferred Plumbing and Rooter Service and they were able to come to my property within an hour of my call! This was highly impressive being it was a Monday – a busy day I’m sure. The gentlemen made it out to my house in just minutes short of an hour. They were professional, polite (humble) and very patient with that main line! David (I did not get the name of his partner) worked diligently and efficiently, and ran their line for 75 feet. By their diligent actions, it was enough to get the city to come back out to my house on the same day to confirm what they needed. This will be the plumbing company I will use for my future plumbing needs, as they are honest, reasonably priced and their work is good quality. Thank you, Preferred!

Had a water leak under the slab from front of the house late in the afternoon called another company which came and gave me a crazy quote w/o really assessing the problem and wanted to just dig out and change the whole water main but I knew it was only a section close to the house. No thanks when someone tells you off the bat they have been doing it for x amount of years? Who cares if they don’t even do the basic common sense assessment. Called Preferred Plumbing as a referral from a co worker at about 630 pm, David responded via text set up appt next day at 9 am.. He came checked the where the leak was really coming from and found the previous owner added a water line from the main for irrigation to the backyard that I don’t use anymore. He gave me an honest quote way less from the previous guy. Instead of just cutting off the supply by capping it, he went ahead and rebuilt the new section. Mario and Jason also came to help out. They did a great job. Really nice guys, explained the process and answered questions. Would recommend.

I live in eastvale. This company sent Hugo as a plumber for helping me to set up my water softener I bought 2 years ago. He overall did a great job, and paid attention to every details! His price is not that pricey at all, he originally quoted me cheaper cheaper but he had to raise my water pipe structure looks kinda weird, and had to re-organize the whole thing. Had a clogged toilet. Too busy to fix myself so we called a plumber. While they fixed the clog, when they reset the toilet back over the drain, we discovered it to be wobbly. They were very responsive, came back quickly (literally within 10 minutes) So far, so good!

If you like responsive service with a guarantee to get it right, this is a five-star review. I’m holding back a star only because of the initial work and the price was a bit high.

I WILL USE THEM AGAIN based on the responsive service and commitment to getting it right. That’s always worth a few extra bucks. They were also very personable in their approach to resolving the issue.

We had the upstairs shower backing up to the downstairs bathroom. We have a home warranty coverage but they were not able to get anyone out until morning. We had an urgent need for immediate repair due to an elderly parent. Submitted various requests for quotes from nearby businesses. I had a sewage pump replaced in a tank in the basement. I had three estimates and only the one from David at Preferred Plumbing was reasonable. The others wanted to replace the whole system at twice the cost, but Preferred was quite happy quoting a price to replace just the failed pump. My wife and I recently hosted a Friend’s Giving dinner at home and as always we had several dirty dishes to wash, so we used our dishwasher. An hour later we noticed a huge puddle of water under the sink, so we quickly turned off the dishwasher and cleaned up all the water. The next day we searched for a plumber to help fix our problem. After several calls, we weren’t satisfied with the answers we were getting, especially the answer to the question, “do you provide a free estimate?”. I then remembered of the several advertisements in our Church’s weekly Bulletin, and we found the number to Preferred Plumbing. We called and spoke to the owner, he obliged with free trouble shooting and estimate, so we set an appointment for 14:00 on Wednesday 12/11/19. Mario, the Plumber, was here waiting for me as I pulled into my driveway at 13:54. Mario, was courteous and very personable. He went right to work on troubleshooting the issue. After a few attempts at finding the root cause of the problem, Mario called David, his manager and owner. Over the phone, they worked together to trouble shoot the issue. Within thirty minutes David arrived at my house and together with Mario found the root cause of the problem and went to work. An hour later they were able to fix the problem and get my dishwasher working again. After several test runs we noticed that no water leaked. Problem Fixed! David is amazing!!! We had a leak in the hallway bathroom & was told that it was the shower spout by a previous plumber. Called them at about 1254pm and he was literally here within 15mins. David came out, told him what originally happened & what the previous plumber had said. He double checked where the leak was coming from, told us where it was ACTUALLY coming from and that there were 2 leaks, not 1 as the previous plumber had told us & gave me an on the spot estimate. Literally had both leaks repaired within 1.5 hours. We asked if he saw anything else & he gave us an estimate of what else he saw. Very reasonable prices, quick and efficient service, no pressure estimates & awesome personalities as well. We will definitely be using these guys whenever we need then. Very impressed! Service was wonderful. Requested a quote and had an appointment within one day. They did an amazing job. We have issues with out shower drain clogging and thought it was from hair. They were able to identify some sort of plastic left in the drain from when the house was being built. Which makes sense because the drain is fairly large to clog from hair. Luckily we will never have a clogged drain in this shower again. But will definitely be calling Preferred Plumbing with any other plumbing needs.

Had a sink / washer 2″ drain line stoppage on a Sat. Called several others who either didn’t answer or were unavailable. David called back in 15 min and said he would be here in 1 hour. Knocked on the door in 30 min. Worked for 2 hours to clean the drain pipes and found that a prior plumber had misdiagnosed the problem. Labor Day weekend Sunday. Emailed a couple companies for availability to come replace a ball valve which failed resulting in needing to turn off all the water to the house.

First company (which was highly recommended from fb community group) never replied. Second company quoted a crazy high price. Preferred plumbing was able to quote a reasonable price based on pictures I emailed. Even better, they were able to come for the service in the morning ON LABOR DAY!

Our house water pressure was fluctuating and eventually had low water pressure throughout the house for a few weeks and we couldn’t even shower properly because of it. I messaged Preferred Plumbing in the morning today and they came out by 11am. They greeted me and introduced themselves professionally and I described the issue. They explained to me their diagnosis process and within a few minutes they already found the culprit, a bad pressure regulator. The qouted me a fair price and I proceeded with the repair. Called David on a Sunday Mother’s Day afternoon regarding a leak coming from the overflow drain from our master bathroom tub. I sent him photos the problem and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. I had gotten a better quote from a different plumbing company and he agreed to beat their price. Better yet he was able to come the same day. So we made an appointment for 3pm. He was courteous and called me en route to let me know he was on his way.

Laid out plastic on the floor downstairs and went to work upstairs fixing the seal around the overflow. He was done in 30 minutes. The parts and labor come with a one year guarantee so if anything were to go wrong it’s covered.

Anyhow I’m happy with the experience and would recommend. Just be sure to get quotes from various plumbing companies for a good price comparison.

I would like to thank David and Jason for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I scheduled an appointment and The team arrived on time. A very professional assessment was done for my bath tube to shower conversion was made and a price was quoted on the spot. The job requested today was to place a walk in shower pan on the floor and replace the old valves with updated controls. Concrete was removed and the correct diameter pipe was installed. Also, the old hot/cold valve was changed out to a modern singe valve. Pex tubing and copper piping was used to complete the wall install and when the job was completed the guys water tested to ensure no leaks. For the person that likes to diy their own I recommend this type of job to be left to the professional. David and Jason also detected some other concerns with pipe damage found and a future date will be scheduled for that. I will be completing the remainder of the job and insulate the walls. I can’t thank David and Jason enough. Hire this team and you won’t be disappointed.

First off was really impressed with the quick response and that they were able to come to the house in a little over an hr notice. Dave showed up and was super friendly. We have a cellar that he had to crawl into to be able to see where the problem was. Dave took photos of the problem area to show us and explained the best way to fix the problem. I cannot sing enough praises for Preferred Plumbing. We had a back up on our main sewer line that was a literal old faithful of raw sewage. It was out of our league to attempt to repair. They did a great job for me in replacing the old waterline to the fridge. They gave me 2 quotes: the most economical and the one they’d recommend. I liked having a choice. Had a leak on the fridge a couple of months later and wasn’t sure if I should call them back or a refrigerator repair person. He come over immediately, had to run to Home Depot to get abpart, fixed it at no charge but recommended I call a refrigerator repair person to replace an old part that might spring a leak again. He said he would have done it if he could have gotten the part. They also replaced the main line to the house and did an awesome job on that. I had them back a few weeks later to do some repairs on the bath tub/shower. All is working well, and they were reasonable with their prices. I would definitely recommend them!

I called the number and no one answered, but shortly after I received a text apologizing for not answering and asked if I still needed services. I texted them back and they knew what the problem was with our bathroom faucet. David and Jason were very polite and professional, exactly how every plumber should conduct themselves. They fixed the problem and everything works great! I took off a star for their prices; they were just way too high for what they did. I paid more in their labor than for the mechanic to fix my car. So great service and work, yet too pricey.

Wow preferred plumbing has saved the day for us twice! We had a major plumbing leak and had no idea where it was coming from. They did an amazing job locating the problem and fixing it in a very tricky location. They took great care to make the entry point as destruction free as possible. They were clean, courteous and honest!

Our second problem was the very old water heater in our rental home and they once again saved the day installing a new water heater and disposing of the old one while working around my renters tight schedule. They are the best! Recommend them to all my friends and family!
